A project in a major brewery, included the installation of new ink jet bottle and case coding equipment. The scope of work included implementation of a preventive maintenance (PM)  program and the development and training of 30 operators and skilled trades personnel in the correct operation and maintenance of the coders. The resulting efficiencies created a 20% reduction of down time due to coding problems for the packaging department.
